On this day people give the kids gift such as lantern, mask and moon cake. During the full moon people have a table offer food, fruit, alcohol to worship and then children will take lantern go around singing and eat moon cake and candies.Unicorn or dragon dancing is also very popular activities that attracted people to see everywhere. Unicorn dancing during Mid-Autumn is the art show of unique dancing follow drum beat .Unicorn is symbol for good luck and prosperity that why people let unicorn dancing around their house to get out bad luck and bring good luck.Unicorn dancing is also an art of well performance Lantern show is also a main activity in Mid-Autumn festival that most children will take lantern go around and singing, dancing and enjoy moon cake, candies, fruit offer by adult Mid-autumn Moon cake most in round shaped but also in square shaped and normally offer for children. Moon cake is made from rice flour with meat, fat, peanut and sesame inside and bake with egg layer out side for color and most is light brown caramel Nowadays Mid-Autumn festival is a reason for people to go out and have fun with family as well. Maybe to the kids in the past time the Mid-Autumn was more traditional and meaningful Mid-Autumn festival is still take place very largely and traditional in Phan Thiet and Tuyen Quang. To see beautiful lantern, there is no where else better than Hoian which is 30km from Danang, 140km from Hue so you can get here to enjoy full moon
